Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders take up to 2 weeks on average from order to delivery. Each piece is made to order, so we appreciate your patience!

My order has mockneck items — why is it taking longer?
Mockneck styles are produced in smaller batches and take a bit longer to print and ship than our standard tees. If your order includes a mockneck item, please allow some extra time before it ships. We promise it's worth the wait!

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds?
No — all eligible returns are issued as store credit, not cash refunds.

Can I get a custom design made?
Yes! For custom orders, DM us on Instagram @kikitees_ with what you're looking for (design, sizes, quantities) and we'll work with you directly.

Do you do bulk orders for organizations, teams, or events?
Absolutely — bulk and group orders go through the same process. Just DM us on Instagram @kikitees_ to get started and we'll send pricing and timelines.
